D365 Functional Supply Chain Consultant

Summary

Join Quisitive's Customer Excellence BizApps team as a D365 Functional Supply Chain Consultant and be part of a team developing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for Quisitive customers. This role, based anywhere in the US, involves serving as a subject matter expert, assisting with D365 supply chain project implementations, integrations, and process consultations. You will be responsible for documenting requirements, creating process flow diagrams and test scripts, preparing test data and cases, facilitating execution and UAT sign-off, and providing hypercare support. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 F&O with a focus on Supply Chain, including at least one full life cycle implementation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. Travel up to 30% is required. Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with a focus on Supply Chain, specifically Warehouse Management
• At least one full life cycle implementation of D365 F&O and knowledge of product customization process (LCS, TFS, etc.)
• Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add-on modules
• Basic experience with core business processes such as accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and marketing, field service, case management, etc
• A credible, professional presence and ability to develop productive customer and team relationships
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Travel up to 30% during the course of delivering customer solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions for Quisitive customers
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide assistance for D365 supply chain project implementations, integrations and process consultations
• Document requirements in ADO
• Create process flow diagrams
• Create test scripts in support of business scenarios testing and E2E scenario testing
• Prepare Test data and Test cases
• Facilitate execution and UAT Sign off
• Hypercare support

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role with a mid-sized Microsoft partner
• Experience working with chemical industry customers
• Experience leading project teams through design workshops and pilot environments
• Experience developing data conversion and testing strategies
