Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• Minimum 10 years of RF experience which included providing DAS commissioning and troubleshooting support
• Proficiency using test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, PIM and Sweep testing
• Capability of troubleshooting complex in-building DAS and Passive DAS issues
• Expertise with all aspects of telecom transmission facilities, infrastructure
• Excellent communication/listening skills
• Customer-relationship building skills
• Technical proficiency
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to effectively meet customer's needs, build productive internal and external relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction
• Experience with a customer-based ticketing system

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting for all JMA customers
• Support team efforts (Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Sales)
• Travel 50%
• Perform pre and post-install commissioning and optimization as required
• Perform CW/RF path loss testing to validate system designs on customer premises
• Maintain very good organizational skills
• Provide advance troubleshooting to wireless customers that include experience with a Spectrum Analyzer, PIM test sets and Anritsu Site Master for sweep testing
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to opening, updating and closing tickets
• Maintain very strong organizational skills so you properly follow internal procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• JMA Teko DAS experience
• Experience with iBwave, JDSU or similar
