Summary

Join Sustainable Talent as a Recruiting Analytics Specialist to support a leading technology company. You will analyze recruiting data, build dashboards and reports, ensure data integrity, and partner with various teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions. This contract role is remote, US-based, with a preference for EST or CST. You will act as a data consultant, make recommendations on recruiting metrics, and contribute to strategic initiatives. The position requires experience in recruiting operations or talent analytics, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, and familiarity with recruiting systems. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent analytics, preferably within a tech-driven organization
  • Solid experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms
  • In-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and related metrics
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking —solving problems and scaling operations with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end analysis of recruiting data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support recruiting leaders and drive process improvement
  • Conduct regular audits of recruiting data to ensure integrity, compliance, and accuracy across systems
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support tool implementation and data enhancements
  • Act as a data consultant for recruiters and recruiting leaders—helping interpret analytics to inform day-to-day operations
  • Capture recruitment requirements, create project plans, and contribute to key strategic initiatives
  • Make recommendations on recruiting productivity metrics and help define success indicators across sourcing, interviewing, and hiring pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, and Gem AI (or similar systems) is highly desirable
