Summary

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate with strong business data analytical skills (e.g. Data/business analytics programs)
• Excellent communication in English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ownership & down to earth mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with a collaborative mindset
• Practical experience/skill of SQL, Python with data analytics
• Internship experience in Cryptocurrency, securities or technology companies

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Cryptocurrency trading analysis and potential trading opportunities analysis for Centralized Exchange and Decentralized Exchange
• Responsible for analyzing the use effect of new product features, optimizing product features with data as the driving force
• Perform regular monitoring of key operational metrics and provide prompt feedback to business stakeholders on any anomaly or actionable insight observed
• Conduct in-depth analysis on metrics (SLAs, non-compliant area, unexpected trading, capacity/utilization) to identify areas to improve efficiency and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver such use cases
• Safeguard internal dashboards and tools to ensure data quality and consistency
• Able to juggle between multiple tasks and manage priorities from different teams
• Support data requests from business stakeholders with clear communication and requirement alignment
