Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in using Mixpanel or similar analytics tools for tracking user behavior events
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Proficiency in using SQL
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Implement in-depth research using Python to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and actionable insights that fuel product innovations and drive strategic decision-making
  • Play an important role in enhancing and maintaining our analytics platform (Mixpanel)
  • Implement industry best practices to track and analyze user behavior, product performance, and critical metrics, helping us in optimizing the user experience
  • Validate and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature effectiveness, user engagement, and design choices providing clear recommendations based on results
  • Partner with product managers and key domain experts to understand business objectives and translate them into valuable analytical conclusions
  • Develop and present informative reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for product optimization as well as data collection and analysis process

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI
