Data Analyst

Summary

Join our Photo/Video department as a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst! You will be responsible for creating weekly and monthly reports, managing financial allocations, and verifying project deliverables. This role demands strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in data management and reporting. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and work remotely on a Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST). Compensation is via Upwork contract with a weekly or bi-weekly payment cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on data management and reporting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Salary Range: $7.00 – $7.20/ per hour
• Payment Cycle: Weekly or Biweekly
• Working Hours: 42 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports for the Photo/Video department
• Manage monthly allocation processes and generate financial reports to ensure budget alignment
• Validate and verify project deliverables and content to maintain high standards of quality
• Vet data in Excel spreadsheets and review online assets to support department initiatives
• Assist in managing the 3D Tuning data process by organizing, reviewing, and maintaining data integrity
