Summary
Join Counterpart Health's Technology team as a Data Analyst and partner with product, engineering, and data science teams. You will analyze data, generate insights, create dashboards and reports, maintain data systems, and support data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, supporting data maintenance, and working with multiple teams. Success in this role involves consistently delivering accurate reports, reducing data processing time, building a robust SQL query library, and creating intuitive dashboards. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience managing business-critical projects, and 2+ years of experience with healthcare data. Strong SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing business-critical projects with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding deadlines
- 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data and systems
- Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries, data modeling, and optimization
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and automated processes to monitor key metrics
- Generate dashboards and reports to inform the product and operations teams using multiple BI tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in data processing and suggesting data management improvements
- Support maintaining data in product systems for streamlined user experiences
- Work with multiple teams from both the business and engineering to support the data teamβs needs
- Work with multiple product teams and projects ranging from provider facing tools, evaluations, operational workflow tools, compliance/regulatory products, and critical vendor integrations
- Work with clinical and risk adjustment data to create customer facing reports by working closely with the account management and operations teams
- Intake of support issues during the early stages of new product and feature launches
- Documentation of standard operating procedures for new product processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Experience with healthcare claims data, clinical data, or risk adjustment
