As a Data Analyst, you will optimize our product discovery platform, working with engineers and product managers to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. You will design metrics, explore data for growth opportunities, track ML model performance, and improve explanation workflows. Your insights will align search results with user intent and drive better business outcomes. This role requires proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with A/B testing, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • You have a diversified experience in data/product analytics, including A/B experiments and other approaches to data-driven decision-making
  • You are proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis/data processing
  • You're familiar with math statistics (A/B-tests)
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate business needs into a technical language and vice versa
  • You have strong strategic planning and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Design metrics to evaluate the relevance and performance of search results, ensuring they align with business goals and user expectations
  • Dive into data exploration to uncover growth opportunities in the current search solution, estimate their potential impact, and prioritize them effectively
  • Track ML models performance and show their contribution to final results and business metrics
  • Improve our explanation workflows to ensure that our search algorithms are clear and transparent for all stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • You will be a great match if you have experience with PySpark or ETL pipelines
