Summary
Join CookUnity's Data Team as a Data Analyst and contribute to the growth of our chef-to-you marketplace. You will leverage your analytical and technical skills to support our physical product strategy, build predictive models, and partner with various departments. Responsibilities include developing reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools, and experience in the analytics field. Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the analytics field
- Advanced proficiency with SQL
- Proven ability to identify revenue-generating insights, through complex analysis and engaging communication and storytelling
- Proficient with business intelligence solutions (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
- Since our HQ is located in the USA, an excellent level of English is required
- You enjoy working in small teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- You are able to frame the right problem, generate and prioritize ideas, involving key stakeholders in the process
Responsibilities
- Support our physical product strategy with data and insights in order to drive action and quantifiable business outcomes
- Build models to predict customer behavior such as understanding what are the key βahaβ moments for a customerβs initial weeks with us
- Partner with many departments across the company to scope key business questions and generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive product performance
- Build, maintain and enhance weekly and monthly reporting to inform strategy
- Develop automated dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging
- Define, analyze and validate key metrics to improve decision-making processes and measure the success of diverse product initiatives
- Support our app and web event tracking, collaborating with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in web analytics and web analytics tools (i.e., Adobe/Google Analytics, Event Tracking, Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap)
- Understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts and practices (we use dbt and Snowflake)
- Statistical proficiency and knowledge in R or Python a plus
