Summary
Join CookUnity as a Data Analyst and help elevate customer experience through data-driven insights. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. You will define and monitor key metrics, uncover customer pain points, and build dashboards using SQL and Tableau. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a growth mindset, and 1-2 years of experience in data analysis. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments
- Strong command of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear analytical questions
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- Growth mindset, high curiosity, and a drive to keep learning
Responsibilities
- Be a key data partner for the CX team. Help define and monitor key metrics, uncover customer pain points, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end experience
- Uncover insights from customer feedback. Work with NPS, CSAT, contact reasons, and other qualitative and quantitative data sources to surface trends, guide decision-making, and support CX improvements. You’ll bring a structured approach to navigating multiple topics at once , and stay focused even in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities—always with a positive, solutions-first mindset
- Automate and scale reporting. Build and maintain dashboards using SQL and Tableau to empower stakeholders with reliable, real-time insights
- Support high-impact initiatives across the business. Jump into strategic projects that touch multiple teams—whether it’s understanding churn, optimizing onboarding, or supporting product or growth efforts
- Tell compelling stories with data. Go beyond numbers to craft clear, actionable narratives that help teams make better decisions and drive meaningful change

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like dbt, Python, or R
- Previous exposure to subscription or marketplace businesses
