Data Analyst

Summary

Join Del Oro Consulting as a Data Analyst to support the design and optimization of our client’s major partner incentive program. You will assist the Lead Data Analyst in building complex business models, analyzing large datasets, and running scenario analyses. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work effectively with business stakeholders. This is a fully remote, W2 contract opportunity paying $50-$54/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with a match. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with large data sets and advanced analytical modeling
• Strong quantitative and scenario analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex business models aligned with program needs
• Analyze large datasets and conduct scenario analysis to guide incentive design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and refine analyses
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders to support informed decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting partner programs or incentive structures
• Channels experience
