Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • A strong grasp of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for conveying complex data insights clearly and succinctly
  • Experience in data management, data cleanliness, and ETL/ELT processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration, both in person and virtually, with cross-functional teams
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by rapid changes and uncertainty
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive deep into data to reveal insights and trends. Produce detailed reports and dashboards that inform business decisions and improve user experiences
  • Data Visualization: Develop interactive visualizations with AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI to present data clearly and effectively
  • Data Governance: Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity. Create and uphold documentation for data management practices
  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering to design and manage data solutions. Work with product, engineering, and client success teams to gather requirements and prioritize features
  • Solution Implementation: Support data solutions using SQL, AWS technologies (e.g., Step Functions, S3, Glue), and our tech stack
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to all stages of product development, embracing new technologies and methods to address evolving analytical/data needs

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R is a plus
