Requirements

  • 2+ years Data Analytics experience with proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker, Tableau), with proven ability to build scalable reporting solutions
  • Strong grasp of engagement metrics, retention analysis, and quality scoring systems to inform both internal strategies and external client outcomes
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning on shared metrics and delivering actionable insights that drive meaningful results
  • Adept at translating complex data into compelling narratives that influence decisions, combining a deep understanding of business priorities with impactful communication
  • Proficient in statistical methodologies (e.g., Frequentist, Bayesian) and their application to forecasting, capacity planning, and experimentation pipelines
  • Passionate about empowering teams through self-service analytics, training, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
  • Experienced in establishing data governance practices, metric frameworks, and maintaining clear, accurate documentation
  • Track record of building strong partnerships across functions and seniority levels

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track participant supply, demand, and utilization across various task types and expertise levels, ensuring actionable insights for optimization
  • Develop and monitor metrics for participant quality, task completion rates, and data reliability to ensure high standards for AI training and evaluation tasks
  • Strengthen and evolve key metrics to measure and optimize the performance of our human data pool
  • Manage reporting processes and deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities and deadlines
  • Optimize processes within the Human Data group through data-driven improvements and automation
  • Apply statistical methodologies to support supply/demand forecasting and capacity planning, directly informing strategic decisions
  • Design dashboards and tools to empower teams to independently access and act on insights
  • Champion data-driven decision-making through training, clear documentation, and consistent analytics practices
  • Partner with other analysts and analytics engineering to ensure aligned metrics definitions and efficient data models
