Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage solutions (e.g., RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Apache Kafka)
• Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to provide insights that inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization
• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support data processing needs
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and platforms
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable and efficient data storage solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in open-source or SaaS companies
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools
• Familiarity with the Strapi CMS or other headless CMS platforms
