This mid-level role requires 3+ years of experience and involves defining KPIs, assisting marketing with customer acquisition insights, supporting revenue and finance teams with sales and pricing analysis, driving actionable insights, creating data models, building dashboards using Tableau, conducting ad-hoc analyses, contributing to BI tool development, and sharing findings with stakeholders. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a data or business analyst role, preferably with exposure to marketing, revenue, or finance analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses
- Experience in designing data models and building reports using BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the team
Responsibilities
- Defining, automating, and monitoring key performance indicators across marketing, revenue, and finance
- Assisting the marketing team in producing insights from customer acquisition funnels to attribution models
- Supporting the revenue and finance teams with insights on sales trends, pricing performance, revenue forecasting, profitability, and cost analysis
- Driving actionable insights from data to inform strategic and operational decisions across departments
- Creating, maintaining, and optimizing data models that support scalable and consistent analysis
- Building insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau to visualize performance trends and KPIs
- Conducting exploratory and ad-hoc data analyses to support ongoing and upcoming initiatives
- Contributing to the development and improvement of internal BI tools, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks
- Sharing findings clearly with non-technical stakeholders through presentations or concise documentation
- Helping foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization
