Data Analyst

Summary

Join Wati, a rapidly growing CPaaS platform, as a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations! This fully remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating globally. You will design and build data dashboards, optimize SQL queries, ensure data quality, and create documentation. You'll analyze large datasets, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SQL is required, and experience with BI tools is preferred. More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Data Analyst role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field of study
• 3+ Years of experience in a data role experience
• Experience working with one or more languages for querying (e.g. SQL)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and disseminate dashboards or other self-served data products to enable stakeholders to get quick business performance, conduct data exploration, or derive quick insights
• Optimize SQL queries to improve dashboard performance and data retrieval efficiency
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all Dashboards
• Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity working with BI tools (e.g Looker Studio)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
• Familiarity with data warehousing/data modeling (e.g. DBT)
• Familiarity with advanced analytics languages like Python or R
