Requirements

• Proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard creation
• Strong working knowledge of Metabase is required
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Russian

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain analytical dashboards using SQL queries for custom charts and tables (Metabase)
• Create reports to visualize data insights for management (Metabase)
• Perform various ad hoc research and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
• Analyze customer behavior, operational performance, and product usage trends
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor performance
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with API data sources and automation tools
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
