Responsibilities

• Conduct basic training sessions and workshops for public safety personnel to enhance their understanding and use of our technology solutions
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services and products
• Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in public safety technology and data analytics
• Participate in the development of long-term strategies for public safety data management and analytics
