Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • A solid understanding of operations reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • The ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with ETL tools like Dataform
  • An expert understanding of SQL and data modeling processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Intelligence function in delivering strategic, actionable insights that drive business performance and customer outcomes
  • This role ensures the effective use of data through robust governance, modern analytics tools, and a high-performing team, while promoting data literacy and self-serve capabilities across the organisation
  • Leadership and Team management for 3-4 Data Analysts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions that support business decision-making
  • Promote transparency by effectively communicating data insights and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels
  • Champion the use of advanced and automated data analytics tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure data automation aligns with company goals & supports scalability
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting framework
  • Train and empower stakeholders on interpreting and utilising data
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for business decision-making, driving process optimisation and performance enhancement
  • Actively stay abreast of emerging data analysis trends and technologies, ensuring the team is utilising the latest tools and techniques
