You will label and analyze email data to improve filtering accuracy, detect spam patterns, provide feedback, and identify issues. Requirements

• Experience with data annotation or labeling tasks
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail and strong reliability
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Accurately classify emails as spam or non-spam (ham) based on content
• Detect trends and common patterns in spam messages
• Provide thoughtful feedback to maintain high data quality
• Identify and document issues to support continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages
• Comfort working with the command line
• Basic understanding of the SMTP protocol and its extensions
