Requirements

  • Solid experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale data solutions
  • Deep expertise in building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, covering both batch processing and real-time streaming
  • Strong hands-on experience with real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Spark Streaming, or equivalent)
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, normalization, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, optimization, and data validation across large-scale datasets
  • Experience using the R programming language for statistical data processing, modeling, or integration within data workflows
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric or equivalent modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality controls, and security practices within enterprise data ecosystems
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and orchestration tools (e.g., Data Factory, Airflow, or Prefect)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and autonomy to lead end-to-end data initiatives, from architecture design to implementation and optimization
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Advanced level of English
