Data Engineer

Requirements

• Expertise in Databricks, with a focus on data engineering and advanced analytics use cases
• Proven experience with Spark Structured Streaming and building real-time data streaming pipelines at scale
• Strong Python programming skills, especially for data processing and automation
• Advanced SQL skills, including performance optimization and data modeling
• Experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools
• Solid understanding of AWS services, particularly those relevant to data engineering (e.g., S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Redshift)
• Strong grasp of data architecture principles, including data warehousing, lakehouse patterns, and data governance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring team members and/or leading small to mid-size engineering teams
