Requirements

• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical solutions
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on technical leadership

Responsibilities

• Engage in architectural discussions with Solution Architects, contributing to high-level decisions
• Provide hands-on guidance to developers, reviewing their work, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to project timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Product Owner) to define technical stories and tasks for the development team
• Own the responsibility for delivering end-to-end technology solutions
• Contribute to the codebase by writing and reviewing code as needed
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of the team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of architectural concepts and the ability to engage in architectural discussions
• Ability to balance hands-on development with team leadership responsibilities
• Experience working on Azure/GenAI projects
