Summary

Coleman VisasQ is a global expert network with offices around the world, including in Hong Kong where they are recruiting a Data Entry Analyst. In this role, the employee will review and confirm employment history and contact information of new experts, cross-reference submitted information against multiple sources, proactively contact and update existing experts' employment information, and work with Client Management teams to accomplish these tasks. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 6 to 12 months of relevant work experience, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent written skills, self-motivation, reliability, energy, ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment, adaptability, teamwork skills, and interpersonal skills. Japanese and English language skills are preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 6 to 12 months of relevant work experience (customer service, administrative, investment management compliance or internal audit responsibilities are a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Review and confirm the employment history and contact information of all new experts that join Coleman’s network ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Cross-reference submitted information against multiple sources, including resumes, biographic data and LinkedIn
  • Proactively contact and update the employment information of existing experts through email and phone campaigns
  • Liaise with Coleman’s Client Management teams to ensure completion of these tasks

Preferred Qualifications
