Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus
  • At least one year’s relevant experience in data entry
  • Fluent in English, both conversational and business languages
  • Proficiency in using data entry software, word processing programs, and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, perform data audits, and surface use cases to implement quality control processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of data privacy laws and maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and coordinate work with others in a team environment
  • Ability to remain focused on a repetitive mental task over a long period of time
  • Ability to enter data into the system quickly and accurately
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve

Responsibilities

  • Review all data for adherence to hierarchy and errors prior to uploading or input of data. Modifies as necessary
  • Manage data integrity of the various databases and support any documentation functions
  • Accurately performs data entry into internal software platforms
  • Reviews and verifies change requests and documents to determine accuracy and completeness of information, utilizes discretion and escalates issues as needed to correct or complete data
  • Performs all tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures all data is entered by appropriate deadlines and contains appropriate approvals
  • Ensure data is distributed to all the proper channels of visibility on the software platform
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Create and run end-of-day procedures and update management
  • Collecting information from involved parties and entering data into the central database
  • Cataloging the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of information, performing quality checks to detect and correct errors
  • Monitor enrichment job and system performance to troubleshoot errors as they arise
  • Review weekly control reporting to ensure data is flowing correctly throughout the CRM
  • Update and maintain data in the CRM or other systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organized
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data and adhere to data protection guidelines
  • Assist in generating reports based on entered data within Salesforce or other systems
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
  • Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned, such as audits, data cleansing, report generation, data validation, online research or CRM data management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce and/or SaaS subscription models and related metric, a plus
  • Prior experience in a data entry or similar administrative role
  • Our ideal candidate will reside in Mexico City or Guadalajara, Mexico
