Data Entry Specialist

Summary

Join PartnerHero x Crescendo as a Data Entry Team Lead for a temporary, remote role (September 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025). You will support a boutique medical insurance brand, focusing on data entry, quoting, and clerical tasks. This position demands accuracy, teamwork, and independent work habits. The work schedule is 9 AM - 6 PM EST, with training starting August 28, 2025. Requirements

• Basic Excel knowledge

Responsibilities

• Work with confidential and private information
• Transfer data from various sources/formats into specified spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
• Leverage proprietary software to generate final and renewal quote sheets
• Generate Sales Proposal documents through Salesforce and HelloSign
• Verify all data required for quoting is received and, as necessary, communicate the need for additional or missing documentation through Salesforce
