Summary

Join HIKE2, a leading technology advisory and implementation services provider, as a Data Integration Consultant. You will report to the Data Practice Manager and play a key role in building and optimizing clients' data integration pipelines. This position requires deep hands-on expertise in Snowflake and other modern data integration platforms. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Snowflake platform, working with stakeholders, and collaborating with other developers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data integration, API integration, and various data processing techniques. Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data integration/Snowflake development
  • Deep experience with data integration platforms, particularly Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of API integration and building real-time data synchronization between systems
  • Proven expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC), batch processing, delta processing, and incremental data loading strategies
  • Experience with enterprise bus architecture for managing real-time data flow and event-driven integrations
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Proficiency in building data pipelines for systems like Salesforce, Workday, Aderant, and other cloud-based or enterprise applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Snowflake platform, working with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets their needs
  • Evangelize and promote the Snowflake Platform for various clients
  • Work with other developers to create and improve the Snowflake platform and its applications
  • Create, maintain, and improve the Snowflake Open Source software platform
  • Develop and maintain Snowflake’s core platform
  • Provide support to the Snowflake community

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of data governance and data security practices
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and how integrated data supports business reporting and analytics
  • Experience working within a regulated industry or compliance-heavy environment
