Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science, or Information Management
• Relevant Business/Data Analytics certifications, such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
• Up to 2 years of experience in databases and data management
• Proficiency in relational databases, data security, and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven integrations
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs, charts)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• General knowledge of business operations, strategy, and information flow
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Automate data workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Imply, and Pendo to streamline business operations
• Maintain and update data structures to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Optimize storage and organization of data for business reporting
• Assist in bridging data entry and collection processes
• Develop automation solutions for repeatable processes within Microsoft Power Platform
• Ensure data consistency across multiple platforms for daily business operations
