Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business/Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science, or Information Management
- Relevant Business/Data Analytics certifications, such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Up to 2 years of experience in databases and data management
- Proficiency in relational databases, data security, and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven integrations
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs, charts)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- General knowledge of business operations, strategy, and information flow
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Automate data workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Imply, and Pendo to streamline business operations
- Maintain and update data structures to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Optimize storage and organization of data for business reporting
- Assist in bridging data entry and collection processes
- Develop automation solutions for repeatable processes within Microsoft Power Platform
- Ensure data consistency across multiple platforms for daily business operations
