You will be responsible for creating high-quality questions and answers, assessing and improving AI model outputs, adhering to style guides, providing insights for unique data labeling situations, and finding and collating financial documents. The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge in hardware documentation and strong writing skills. Experience in data labeling is a plus but not required. The position is remote, requiring availability during EST hours, with pay starting at $40 per hour. Contextual is obsessed with data quality, and your work will directly impact the company's success.

Requirements

• A technical writer or hardware documentation specialist (e.g., ex-customer engineer)
• Experienced in hardware components, architectures, and systems, with an ability to interpret technical specs, schematics, and diagrams
• Detail-oriented
• A fast, thorough reader with stellar comprehension skills
• Good at solving problems and showing ownership

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and insightful questions, and excellent answers
• Assess, edit, and improve the outputs of our AI models
• Adhere to our style guide
• Provide insights and suggestions for unique data labelling situations
