Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred
  • Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerBI
  • Experience with CRM systems and data integrity management
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and enrich data to improve customer insights and support marketing and sales efforts
  • Perform regular data audits to maintain data quality and implement data hygiene best practices
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, and PowerBI for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales teams
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure accurate data delivery
  • Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth
  • Use data insights to propose and implement solutions that align with business objectives
  • Oversee multiple data-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
