Summary

Join DeepHealth’s Quality, Regulatory and Compliance department as a Data Management Coordinator, playing a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and regulatory adherence across the organization’s digital health ecosystem. Develop and implement robust data management strategies, design data collection protocols, create and maintain SOPs, and establish data quality standards. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, and other relevant standards. Manage and optimize database systems, support data migration projects, and implement data security protocols. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing training and guidance on data management best practices. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4-6 years of progressive experience in data management within medical technology or healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, information management, biomedical informatics, or related field (required)
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in data management with medical technology, healthcare, or regulated industries
  • Proven track record of managing complex data systems
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust data management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Design and maintain comprehensive data collection, storage, and retrieval protocols
  • Create and maintain data management standards operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation processes
  • Manage data lifecycle from creation to archival or deletion
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, HIPAA, GDPR, FDA Clinical standards, UK/EU Clinical standards, and other relevant standards
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Data Management plans and reports. Conduct regular internal audits to support the same
  • Support Regulatory submissions and inspections, as required
  • Manage and optimize database systems and data management tools
  • Support data migration projects and system validations
  • Develop and maintain data mapping plans and tracking mechanisms
  • Implement data security and privacy protocols
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, and Quality, as well as external stakeholders
  • Provide training and guidance on data management best practices
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, or MD) preferred
