Summary
Join our premier law firm as a Legal Data & Automation Specialist and optimize our document management, automate workflows, and ensure accurate client records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline legal processes. You will develop and maintain reports, organize and digitize legal documents, create standard operating procedures, and build tracking systems. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in data operations with proficiency in data management tools and automation platforms. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, with a strong focus on automation and process optimization
- Proficiency in data management tools and automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRMs, Python, SQL, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with strict confidentiality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports to track case progress and documentation status
- Organize, digitize, and maintain legal documents, ensuring accuracy in client records
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved efficiency in legal processes
- Build and manage tracking systems to monitor case files and key legal documentation
- Verify and update client records, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Assist in migrating communication and document-sharing processes to Slack
- Retrieve, format, and manage client information for legal teams
- Gain proficiency in the firmβs database and document management tools
- Organize and digitize backlogged case files for accurate data entry
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand documentation requirements and workflow processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a legal, administrative, or compliance-driven setting
- Familiarity with legal terminology or prior work in a law firm
- Knowledge of case management systems like Clio or similar platforms
