Requirements

• Proven experience leading strategic data partnerships for new product lines
• Deep cross-functional collaboration skills with GTM, product, and engineering
• Ability to evaluate, structure, and operationalize complex data relationships
• Experience navigating data compliance, licensing, and governance issues
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and bias for action in fast-moving environments
• Identify, test, and close a data supplier within a week — From first touch to signed agreement, move with urgency when opportunity is high-conviction
• Evaluate 5 datasets for relevance and quality in a single day — Use structured frameworks to assess data usability and fit, fast
• Own and lead negotiations with full lifecycle velocity — Drive deals end-to-end with autonomy, pushing through complexity without bottlenecks

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and close data partnerships that are foundational to TRM’s product lines
• Collaborate with go-to-market leaders to prioritize partnerships based on commercial value and product strategy
• Partner deeply with product and engineering teams to support integration feasibility, compliance, and go-live
• Define and apply a consistent framework to evaluate data partner opportunities across key axes (e.g., quality, cost, risk, scale)
• Navigate licensing, data governance, and compliance issues in partnership with legal and risk teams
