Responsibilities
- Conduct regular data quality assessments to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasets
- Detect, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, and develop solutions to prevent recurrence
- Implement data cleaning processes to ensure data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Develop and recommend best practices and processes for data management and quality control
- Work with the data quality team, programmers, and business leaders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality aligns with business needs
- Create and maintain standardized documentation of data quality issues, resolutions, processes, and best practices
- Generate and present data quality reports to management and other stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving data quality issues
- High level of proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex subject matter clearly and concisely to all team members and stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment
- Detail-orientated with strong organization
