Data Recognition Specialist

Summary

Join Trax Retail as a Data Recognition Specialist and drive regional Recognition Service initiatives. Support the regional Team Lead in establishing best practices, contribute to product releases and trainings, enhance IR and engine capabilities, and assist the regional team with escalations. This fully remote position is available only to applicants residing in Mexico and requires proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese. Responsibilities include monitoring project performance, liaising with delivery and services teams, driving improvements in low-performing projects, ensuring adherence to processes, and supporting new technology implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proficient verbal and written skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese
• +2 years of Experience in Retail/CPG/FMCG market
• Confident user of Microsoft Office software (Advanced Excel)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive problem-solving attitude
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Diligent with attention to detail
• Good time-management & organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Drive regional Recognition Service initiatives
• Support the regional Team Lead to establish best practices for recognition services
• Support product releases and trainings
• Work on improving IR and engine capabilities
• Support the regional team in escalations
• Monitor project performance and report on metrics
• Liaise with the project delivery and services teams to create the best solution to new and existing clients
• Drive improvement plans for low performing projects by working with all projects' stakeholders
• Make sure all tasks are done according to the right processes to ensure standardization between different projects
• Support the Implementation of new technological deployments to current and new live systems
