Requirements
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualization
- Strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience creating presentations with PowerPoint
- Solid report writing and risk analysis capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- BSC in Economics, Statistics, Maths, or any relevant discipline
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, value-added operational reporting and general information for internal and external customers
- Respond to and deliver specific data requests for internal and external customers at speed
- Deliver regular and timely communication with all commissioner and stakeholder enquiries, including routine reporting and perform hands on analytical work using Tableau including database querying, report building and dashboard development to analyse contract data to identify trends and areas of development to help inform discussions with commissioners, such as developing a narrative to show impact and effectiveness of Kooth and Qwell services to commissioners
- Monitor contract compliance, KPIs & overall performance of local contracts
- Report on overall team commercial KPIs
- Prepare written documents and slide packs to communicate analysis findings to internal and external clients in a concise and visual manner
- Support with monthly data quality assurance
- Flag at risk accounts to RM/HOR and through account plans/focus accounts process
- Use analytics to develop sales strategy for management and to provide the sales organisation with Performance and Insights they need to sell more effectively
- Assist with pricing tenders, monitor customer pricing and analyse sales data
- Oversee usage and CRM input of Sales teams, taking actions to improve data accuracy and ensure data hygiene standards are maintained to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Present pricing trends, key takeaways and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and executives Support the regular risk/opportunity analysis of future and pipeline, and coordinate activities to mitigate risks
- Support the development of the material for monthly sales strategy reviews to support activity focus and performance priorities and Support on reporting for budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- With colleagues in the central support team, Identify, develop and validate hypotheses for revenue improvement to provide actionable sales insights that will improve total revenue performance
- With colleagues in the central support team, analyse proposals, presentations, sales processes and develop beyond the current model recommendations to improve our sales conversion and customer experience
- Ensuring all data is accurately captured in the relevant systems and on a timely basis
- Identify potential efficiencies and contribute to streamlining, automating and improving the quality of our processes
