Summary

Join Fundraise Up as a Senior Data Analyst and contribute to our Finance team. This pivotal role involves creating data-driven insights, building financial models, and developing robust reporting. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis. You will design and maintain financial models, define KPIs, build data pipelines, conduct deep-dive analyses, and deliver insights to senior leadership. This role requires strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and experience with financial modeling and data warehousing. Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably supporting Finance or GTM teams
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with financial modeling and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain financial and operational models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Define and implement new KPIs and performance dashboards to track business health across departments
  • Partner with the Finance and Data teams to build and optimize data pipelines and structures for scalable analysis
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business trends (e.g., revenue drivers, cost variances, unit economics)
  • Deliver insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and drive accountability
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance across all financial reporting tools and models
