Summary

The intern will analyze and improve the business processes of Italian commercial/retail banks, focusing on wealth management, credit lending, risk management, and compliance. They will use quantitative modeling, data manipulation with Pandas or Spark/Hive, and BI tools like Excel and PowerBI. Fluent English is required.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with BI tools (Excel, PowerBI)

Responsibilities

• Perform business process analyses of Italian commercial/retail financial institutions
• Integrate structured information extracted from interviews with analysis of literature and documentation to build a quantitative picture of the AS-IS
• Complement the analysis with an implementation analysis and product roadmap definition to design the TO-BE and drive product evolutions and developments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python data science libraries (pandas, pyspark, sklearn)
