Summary

The Data Team intern at Fanatee will assist in maintaining the data infrastructure, creating data products, and supporting decision-making. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related fields, have knowledge of programming logic, SQL, databases, and ability to analyze and understand data.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Knowledge of programming logic, SQL, and databases

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and defining key challenges and opportunities in our games and data products
• Help identify and define KPIs and metrics to track the success of different data products
• Support the translation of informal requirements into formal specifications using mathematical and computational language
• Participate in finding appropriate solutions to defined problems, considering complexity, resources, priority, and available time
• Sample and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful conclusions and actionable insights
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to develop and deploy high-value data products aligned with our strategy
• Communicate solutions effectively and help educate team members on computational and statistical methods to foster a data-driven culture
• Research, experiment, design, and prototype new technologies to create proof-of-concepts and assist in implementing these technologies smoothly
