Join us in our mission to make it easier and more fun for people to talk and hang out before, during, and after playing games. We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to support our Quests product, focusing on analysis, experiments, and tool-building.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience of analytics in marketing solutions and advertising
• 4+ years of experience building performant dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar software
• 3+ years experience writing excellent SQL and Python
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complicated findings or technical approaches in easy-to-understand ways
• 2+ years of experience in the design, analysis, and interpretation of A/B tests for a large-scale user product

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product & business teams throughout the full lifecycle of our marketing solutions
• Define metrics to understand Quest campaign performance & help identify areas for improvement
• Proactively generate & socialize insights and recommendations with technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate closely with data science, machine learning, and engineering teams to improve Quests-related capabilities
• Leverage A/B testing to continuously iterate and improve on the Quests experience
