Requirements

  • Strong experience in data science 4+ years , with a focus on forecasting and adapting to changing energy consumption patterns
  • Expertise in developing algorithms and analyzing large datasets to generate insights and drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in small, collaborative teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful, real-world change

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and refine algorithms aimed at enhancing the performance and efficiency of home battery systems, ensuring they are both smart and sustainable
  • Use your expertise to predict energy consumption and production patterns, influencing strategies related to energy distribution, conservation, and optimization
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making processes
  • Present complex technical concepts and data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on goals and strategies
  • Tackle complex challenges in energy management, applying innovative solutions to optimize system performance and improve user experience
  • Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of data insights into products and services
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our smart battery software, ensuring it remains at the forefront of industry advancements and aligns with our sustainability goals

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with energy management systems and IoT technologies is a plus
