Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer acquisition processes by providing product demos, answering technical queries, and offering assistance in identifying business use cases for AI/ML solutions
• Serve as the first point of contact for all technical aspects related to data science, AI/ML, and product features
• Respond to customer queries within the same business day for queries received during business hours or the next business day if received outside business hours
• Support the resolution of technical or non-technical issues that may hinder the success of a prospect or customer, escalating to Sales, Customer Success, AI Deployment, or Product teams as necessary
• Proactively communicate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure timely and effective customer communications
• Collaborate with prospects customers and team to define and implement solutions, focusing on the following: Model Target and KPI Definition. Business Process Definition. Integration Architecture. System Installation and Configuration. Data Acquisition and Exploration. Feature Engineering and Model Configuration. Model Training, Evaluation, and Fine-Tuning. Hyperparameter Optimization. Customization of ML/AI Dashboards and KPI Reporting. Integration Implementation and Performance Testing
• Assist in the preprocessing and post-processing of data, ensuring that data is suitable for machine learning model deployment
• Help deploy and optimize ML/AI models, determining the business KPIs and ensuring alignment with customer objectives
• Work with customers to create business-focused dashboards for predictive analytics
• Write clear technical specification documents for all aspects of AI/ML model development and implementation
• Perform advanced data analysis, conduct relevant research, and create reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain responsibility for the accuracy and completion of work products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
• Support the creation and update of sales and marketing materials based on customer deployments and research outcomes
• Help test and validate products and solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and business needs
• Collaborate with the development team to introduce new AI/ML algorithms, enhancing the overall training, development, and testing processes
• Support customers in conducting solution/product reviews, identifying issues, and developing corrective actions as needed
• Assist in designing and delivering innovative solutions for customer challenges, utilizing AI/ML technologies
• Help in the design, implementation, and delivery of internal and external training workshops related to the company products
• Support customers in the effective use of AI/ML solutions to optimize business outcomes and drive success

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $3,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
