Requirements

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods or a Related Field
  • 5+ years of experience in the data domain with +2 in data science roles
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and Machine Learning frameworks (especially supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms)
  • Proven experience deploying machine learning models to production environments using tools and frameworks like ML Flow & AWS Sagemaker
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable business strategies
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning models to refine lead scoring, identify customer segments, maximize conversions, optimize advertising bids, and prevent churn
  • Utilize geospatial and socioeconomic data to build predictive models that identify high-value audiences
  • Design and implement pricing & distribution optimization algorithms that maximize lead conversion rates and minimize customer acquisition costs
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, sales, and product teams, translating data-driven insights into actionable campaigns
  • Present data findings with clarity, conciseness, and a dash of statistical humor
