Join us as a Data Scientist with emphasis on business intelligence tools to drive actionable insights and inform corporate strategies through advanced modeling, data mining, analytics, and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in data science related areas (statistics, applied economics, data science)
• 2+ years of professional analytical experience preferred
• 2+ years of P&C or Life/Retirement experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong communication skills with a basic understanding of project management principles
• Ability to visualize data effectively on both simple and complex levels
• Proficiency in leveraging data, machine learning techniques, and statistical model frameworks to identify and create business opportunities
• Ability to work with data using query languages such as SQL, DAX, R, or Python, and understanding of relational data
• Demonstrate the ability to write production-ready code in Python or R. Knowledge of generative AI for coding is a plus
• Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI is desirable
