Requirements

• Proven experience in building machine learning models from scratch
• Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning Large Language Models
• Solid knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs
• Advanced Python skills and a thorough understanding of ML libraries such as PyTorch, LightGBM, and scikit-learn
• The ability to distill complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with unwavering attention to detail
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Elevate our AI assistant Kodee through in-depth data analysis and actionable insights
• Uncover user intentions across all our products, translating them into meaningful insights that drive product improvements and enhance our AI solutions
• Collaborate with product teams to uncover key improvement areas and drive impactful changes
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, shaping the future of web solutions at Hostinger
• Research, develop, and train models spanning from classical techniques to cutting-edge architectures
