Requirements
- Proven working experience (+2 years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong experience in BI tools and creating data visualizations and dashboards
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate AI-driven data into actionable insights
- Passion for improving customer experiences and advancing conversational AI
Responsibilities
- Build Scalable Data Infrastructure: Designing and building real-time, low latency data pipelines that are the foundation layer of our internal dashboards and our Hubtype Analytics product, mostly using Tinybird (Clickhouse)
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team: Youβll be part of a product squad, being involved in new features since their inception, providing feedback throughout the whole lifecycle from a data angle, defining data tracking plans, implementing data requirements and analyzing post-launch results
- Empower Teams with Data: Use advanced AI models and algorithms to build customized visualizations, compute tailored metrics, and analyze experiments, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization, not only in your product squad, but also in Customer Success and other departments
- Drive Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments that incorporate AI-driven insights to validate hypotheses and uncover opportunities for product innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus points if you have experience in Clickhouse or other columnar data stores for online analytical processing (OLAP) workloads
- Bonus points if you have experience with Looker
- Basic programming skills with Python
- Experience designing and building public APIs
