Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL
- Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods
- Ability to work with and present findings to non-technical staff across the organization
- Experience working in a start-up or growth environment required
Responsibilities
- Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into robust ML/AI models to improve clinical outcomes for children
- Work with our Staff Data Scientist and cross functional teams to define requirements, optimize data collection, build data assets, and deliver insights on business strategy and patient care
- Develop ML models incorporating clinical, claims, and social determinants of health (SDoH) data to drive actionable recommendations
- Independently query Snowflake and prepare data for exploratory data analysis and modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and/or Tableau

- Base salary range of $135,000 - $170,000
