Requirements

• 3 + years of relevant operational experience
• Excellent SQL and Python skills, with additional technical background or education strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain our best-in-class go-to-market pipeline that fuel sales motions through AI, automation, and deep data enrichment
• Direct impact on improving GTM efficiency and CAC: LTV ratio through data-driven insights and initiatives on the GTM funnel and systems
• Enhance marketing analytics to surface and grow highest ROI channels
• Ideate, explore, and test new GTM channels to diversify and scale out sales operations
• Contribute to and/or lead ad hoc projects as business needs arise
