You will develop and maintain predictive models using machine learning and AI, ensuring data quality and accessibility. Requirements

• Strong understanding of data science principles and methodologies, including predictive modelling and data visualization
• Experience with data mart architecture/design, management, and data quality assurance
• Experience working with dbt, airflow, AWS, python
• Knowledge of Github (comfortable with version control, creating PRs)
• Knowledge of key CS metrics and understanding of ticket data
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models for agent demand forecasting, ticket analysis, and optimal queuing for agent-ticket assignments
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the CXO data mart, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and efficient storage
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor CXO KPIs, costs, revenue, transfer, and other relevant metrics
• Provide business intelligence and data science support for experimentation, campaigns, and the implementation of new predictive models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CXO leadership, to align data initiatives with business priorities
