Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, or related domains
• Solid theoretical foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and related fields
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Strong software engineering skills with experience writing clean, tested, maintainable, and performant code
• Team player, collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with production environment in mind
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Join a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers working on interesting problems in the domains of recommendations and NLP
• Design and implement production-grade ML systems, from model training, to deployment, evaluation, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and fellow data scientists across the organization, to define, design, evaluate, implement, and deliver data-driven impactful solutions for complex business problems
• Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning pipelines, from data exploration and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Contribute to the utilization of LLMs in our workflows, particularly for improving data quality and supporting model evaluation and labeling at scale
• Share knowledge and best practices with peers to contribute to a strong data science community

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recommendation or retrieval systems - an advantage
• Familiarity with Deep Learning methods and frameworks - an advantage
